We know that people and their skills, capacity, and commitment are central to delivering and improving school improvement services.

As an organisation, we aim to provide clear and valuable communications to support all staff in doing their jobs, as follows:
- Performance of the organisation (through bulletins from senior leadership meetings);
- Performance of each operational area of the organisation (through monthly briefing sessions from the Managing Directors and team meetings; and
- Your own personal performance (through regular 121 meetings and formal performance reviews).
