We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Adviser - English & Literacy

Adviser - Mathematics/Numeracy

Adviser - Cymraeg & Literacy (in Welsh Medium)

Adviser - Curriculum / Teaching & Assessment

Adviser – Humanities

Adviser - Science & Technology

Permanent, full-time posts to commence January 2026 or sooner if possible.

Soulbury 15 – 18 plus 3 SPA points

As an outcome of the recommendations of the Middle Tier Review, the Directors of Education from the local authorities across the CSC region have agreed to commission a regional Professional Learning and Support Service. This service will be implemented from 1st September 2025, and we are seeking talented and experienced middle leaders to join our Advisory Team.

We are looking for outstanding educators with a strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for learners. Successful candidates will be passionate about teaching and learning, and committed to working in partnership with schools, local authorities, and other stakeholders in providing high-quality professional learning and support.
