2 year full time contract or secondment to commence September 2024 or earlier

We are seeking to appoint a talented and experienced Headteacher. This post will be required to work with the CSC school improvement team, local authorities and schools across the region to ensure CSC becomes an outstanding place for teaching, school leadership and pupils’ achievement, supporting the development of a self-improving system.
The post holder will lead the strategic development of professional learning and support related to school leadership within the Central South Consortium, including the Leadership Pathway, Schools as Learning Organisations, and Governors.
Applications are welcome from candidates who are excellent leaders with a proven track record of raising standards. Candidates must also be aware of national, CSC, local authority and school priorities, and what these imply for developing a high-quality education workforce.
